Beat My Score Challenge

Challenge your friends to beat your benchmark scores! After completing a benchmark, create a shareable challenge link and choose from six different winning conditions — from beating all categories to comparing specific scores like energy efficiency. Share the link, and see who comes out on top.

Local Benchmark Persistence

All benchmark results are now automatically saved as .evolve files to your local device. On desktop, results are stored in Documents/Evolve/results/, and on Android in /sdcard/Android/data/nl.traverse_research.evolve/files/Documents/results/. Saved results can be reviewed at any time through the Benchmark History menu on the start screen.

Advanced Settings in the GUI

Offline mode and benchmark looping, previously only available through command-line flags, are now accessible from the GUI for Advanced edition users. A new settings menu on the start screen lets you put the client in offline mode, which disables authentication and automatic benchmark submission. Benchmark looping can be configured in the benchmark settings menu, allowing you to run the benchmark multiple times consecutively.

• Fixed an issue where the app could hang on Android when exiting early.
• Fixed an issue where hardware metrics were missing on certain Intel GPUs.
• Fixed a crash on AMD systems where the ADLX library, used for hardware metrics collection, is unavailable. Metrics are now gracefully disabled instead.
• CLI export flags (`--result`, `--export-scores`, `--export-frametimes`, etc.) now overwrite the target file if it already exists instead of returning an error, allowing consecutive benchmark runs to save to the same path.
